Now supporting PayPal and iDeal

We’ve added PayPal and iDeal (for you Dutchies) as a payment option and you can grab the lifetime and yearly using these payments methods. We haven’t added them as option to our monthly payment option as the transaction fees are not worth it on the small amount.
